Novera internet - Detailed description of the service

• Internet access via a permanent line with a selected throughput capacity of 64 kbit/s - 155 Mbit/s.
• The router at the client's end is included in the monthly flat-rate fee.
• Registration of a 2nd-level domain is free of charge.
• Backup of all incoming e-mail (SMTP backup) is included in the price.
• Guaranteed accessibility and throughput of the network, connection to NIX and international connectivity.
• Continuous monitoring of the network, including notification of potential problems within 30 minutes from detection.
• Our Contact Centre is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Firewall Basic - includes protection of your LAN from Internet attacks from the outside.
• Firewall Advanced - an extension of Firewall Basic that includes individual settings of safety parameters.
• Firewall Reporting - via an online interface, you will have at your disposal a listing of attempts at breaking into your LAN.

Upon request, we will increase the availability of your Novera Internet service using an ISDN backup of the primary line.

Using Novera Internet, you can access OSS SAP libraries and service packages.

Your e-mail or web applications may be installed directly within the backbone network. You will be assigned the requuested number of e-mail boxes or disk space for your website presentation.
