Novera Green Number From Abroad - Detailed description of the service

Novera green number from abroad service allows an access to information in the Czech Republic to callers from abroad at no charge. The callers from abroad can obtain the information required or provided by the owner of a free line (i.e. the green number from abroad service) at no charge. Hence, the calls from abroad are not charged at all. These international calls are charged to the person called - that is, the person who set up the service.

The service user can access information by dialling the access number for a particular country. For example, for Slovakia the access number 0800 xxx xxx. Callers from abroad make the calls from fixed networks at no charge. In many countries it is possible to make calls from mobile networks at no charge. There is the option to use an international freephone number (IFN - different in every country) or a universal international freephone number (UIFN - same in ever country). IFNs are accessible in about 84 countries, UIFNs are less accessible.

Additional advantages

  • Calls to Novera Green Number From Abroad service are directed by the operator abroad to the GTS Novera exchange in the Czech Republic and then transferred via the GTS Novera network to a telephone number selected previously by the customer; this could be most frequently one of the GTS Novera voice services or a telephone line in fixed or mobile network of any operator in the Czech Republic.
  • Any telecommunication equipment can be used at the end of the line - this includes telephone set, fax machine, virtual answering service or branch exchange.
  • The customer may set different telephone numbers to be contacted on different days during the week; this means that he can direct calls on different days to different numbers.
  • Similar option is available for the day time. The basic groups of days for transferring the calls are: weekdays (Monday to Sunday), working days, weekends and holidays. Each day can also be divided into segments of up to 15 minutes.
  • This means that the customer can preset different directing of the calls during the working time or outside working time. With these direction options he may be able to spread the work among his employees more effectively and reduce personnel costs. And there are other options for use.
