Transport Company of the Capital City of Prague

Transport Company of the Capital City of Prague is the most important municipal public transport provider in the Czech Republic. The company’s started cooperation in 1995 with the then GTS CZECH, a predecessor of GTS Novera, selecting it as a voice services provider. Given the company’s constant satisfaction with the quality of services as well as pricing, the cooperation was subsequently extended to providing also data transfer and Internet access services. The provision of telecommunication services to Charles University in Prague dates from 1997 when a predecessor of GTS Novera was selected as a provider of voice telecommunication services in certain buildings of the university. Více »

Public Administration Communication Infrastructure (KIVS)

In March 2007 the nationwide telecommunications operator GTS Novera signed general contracts for providing data and voice services for Public Administration Communication Infrastructure (KIVS) with the Ministry of Informatics. The new tendering conditions for KIVS were announced by the Ministry of Informatics in relation to the government decision concerning the new concept for KIVS development issued at the end of 2006. Metropolitan network in Uherský Brod

The metropolitan network in Uherský Brod, which was built by GTS Novera in cooperation with Extra NET, was launched in June 2007. The network interconnecting the Municipal administration buildings and agencies also allow the people in town to access Internet at public Internet access points (PIAPs). The network actually offers the use of 35 computers accessible to public, one Internet information kiosk and 14 WiFi hotspots situated in public buildings. Více »

Ministry of Finance

The first contract signed with the Ministry of Finance already in 1993 was for connecting certain Ministry workstations to optical network. The cooperation is still continuing and the optical network currently has over 168 km of optical fibres and provides connection for 17 workstations. Více »

Communication Network in Bílovec Microregion

In June 2007 the communication network built by GTS Novera started operating in Bílovec Microregion. The network is connecting five communities, including the town of Bílovec, providing also public Internet access points in all the communities. Více »

Metropolitan network in Valašské Meziříčí

The town of Valašské Meziříčí has its own metropolitan telecommunication network since July 2007. The network is operated by GTS Novera in conjunction with Josef Bartoň - Rex Company. It interconnects the Municipal administration buildings and agencies as well business organisations. It also provide high-speed Internet access to people in town. The network also offers the use of twenty Internet information kiosks accessible to public. Více »

Metropolitan network in Vsetín

In January 2007 GTS Novera launched the metropolitan data network in Vsetín. The company built the network in 2006 after winning the tender put out by the Municipal Council. Více »

Ministry of Defence

For the Czech Ministry of Defence GTS Novera is providing leasing services and access to international telecommunication circuits in locations in Germany and Poland which facilitate the data transfer within NATO. GTS Novera was selected as the service provider in the tendering proceedings by offering the best price. Více »
