GTS Novera has tested and launched the system for Number Portability (NP) outsourcing. The system is designed for smaller operators interconnected with the network of GTS Novera, who wish to transfer numbers to their OpID, but do not have their own communication and provisioning interface to other operators. The application enables them to file orders for incoming as well as outgoing NP independently via a web interface. At the same time, the application supports monitoring of all messages defined by the NP process between the old and the new operator.
