We would like to inform you that within the scope of improving the quality of our services, there will be changes to the Service Regulations for Novera Telehouse services in the Nagano locality coming into effect from 1 June 2007.

The aim of the changes made is to increase the security of the data centre. They relate primarily to operation of an automatic extinguishing system, rules for access to the data centre for authorised persons, definition of electronic power input and temperature and the Remote Hands additional services.

The full wording of the new Service Regulations has been sent to all partners in the Nagano locality.
